The real estate market is active and has always been active even during economic crises.

Subsequently the houses that have lot of request are the villas and cottages with a price from 400,000 to 600,000 euros or more. These are sold to both Italian and foreign customers. Political situations in Europe have limited the arrivals of certain nationalities in Italy. However, this has not diminished the interest of foreigners in the luxurious properties of the Ligurian Riviera. Potential buyers come from United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Austria.
